For clients who need an experienced programme and project manager, and team, Nutrition and Wellbeing can provide project set up, design, implementation and monitoring / evaluation. We are Prince2 trained and completely familiar with project management software, however we like to discuss with our clients how they want a project managed. In this way we can jointly can move toward meeting our clients needs and matching their expectations.

Members of staff have also managed projects prior to being employed by Nutrition and Wellbeing. Notable successes are the creation and implementation of the Nutrition Network for Wales and the development and implementation of the Allied Health Professions Clinical Leadership programme (Wales).
