Calories on the Menu: Maximising Accuracy – (more detail )
Description: Sue Lloyd leads a workshop and educational sessions that support Dietitians and Nutritionists to learn how to analyse recipes accurately and to report on the Big 8 food labelling nutrients (including calories), the new FIR nutrient labelling, front of pack traffic light labelling and guideline daily amounts (GDAs).

School Food: How to support schools and school food providers to meet the school food regulations (England) – (more detail)
Description: The course deals in depth with how Dietitians and Nutritionists can work with school food providers to apply the school food regulations

We have sucessfully trained over 100 Dietitians and Nutritionists to apply the School Food Regulations. This course is available on request.
