Calories on the Menu: Maximising Accuracy – (more detail )
Description: Sue Lloyd and Susan Church lead a workshop and educational sessions that support Dietitians and Nutritionists to learn how to analyse recipes accurately and to report on the Big 8 food labelling nutrients (including calories), the new FIR nutrient labelling, front of pack traffic light labelling and guideline daily amounts (GDAs).
